At Cheleb Wears, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Tags and hygiene seals (if any) are intact.

Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt).
We do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

Intimates or swimwear

Gift cards or digital products
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at chele_bissainthe04@yahoo.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
Include:

Your name
-
Order number
-
The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cheleb Wears is not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Notify you via email

Approve or reject the refund based on item condition

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem!
If your item qualifies, we’ll be happy to exchange it, subject to stock availability.
To start an exchange, follow the same process as a return, but mention your preferred replacement item in your email.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the issue and your order number to chele_bissainthe04@yahoo.com. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
